Because we understand the unique requirements of swim, bike, and run, we can customise a programme that addresses
your strengths and weaknesses in a manner that is specific to the requirements of your sport.
We tailor our 1:1 Strength Training sessions to the needs of each athlete. Each session is sport-specific to the demands of running or triathlon, to ensure you develop the necessary strength to perform well and remain injury-free.

We specialise in coaching endurance athletes. We can help anyone looking to improve their technical abilities in swimming or running, or looking to do sport-specific strength training.
Each session with a coach is 60-minutes. Email us to book your session.
Single sessions: $125.
5 session packages: $500.
10 session packages: $880. Exclusive to Coached members only.
Swimming: Come in your swim gear. Bring your towel, drink bottle and goggles. If you have a swimming snorkel, pull buoy, and paddles; bring those too.
Running: Come in your run gear and with a drink bottle. If you have a heart rate monitor, bring that too.
