During each session, our experienced coaches will discuss your training and work with you to develop your technical skills.
A strong technical ability will not only help you to race faster with less effort; it will lower your risk of injury too.
We tailor our 1:1 Strength Training sessions to the needs of each athlete. Each session is sport-specific to the demands of running or triathlon, to ensure you develop the necessary strength to perform well and remain injury-free.
Most people learn to swim and ride a bike; few people learn to run correctly. In these sessions, we teach you effective running mechanics to improve your performance and help you run injury-free.
Swimming is an incredibly technical sport. In these sessions we help you to improve the fundamentals of an efficient swimming stroke – body position, breathing, catch etc.
Best for cyclists new to the sport, these sessions teach basic cycling technique and bike handling skills, essential to performing well and riding safely alone, and in groups.
We’ve Coached hundreds of runners and triathletes to new personal bests from 5km to the
marathon, sprint to Ironman, and we’d love to help you.

We specialise in coaching endurance athletes. We can help anyone looking to improve their technical abilities in swimming, cycling or running, or looking to do sport-specific strength training.
Each session with a coach is 60-minutes. Email us to book your session.
Single sessions: $125.
5 session packages: $500
10 session packages: $875.
Swimming: Come in your swim gear. Bring your towel, drink bottle and goggles.
Running: Come in your run gear and with a drink bottle. If you have a heart rate monitor, bring that too.
