Unlike other gyms and trainers that work with anyone, we specialise and only work with endurance athletes.

 

Because we understand the unique requirements of swim, bike, and run, we can customise a programme that addresses

your strengths and weaknesses in a manner that is specific to the requirements of your sport.

Most people learn to swim and ride a bike; few people learn to run correctly. In these sessions, we teach you effective running mechanics to improve your performance and help you run injury-free.

Swimming is an incredibly technical sport. In these sessions, we help you to improve the fundamentals of an efficient swimming stroke – body position, breathing, catch etc.

Best for cyclists new to the sport, these sessions teach basic cycling technique and bike handling skills, essential to performing well and riding safely alone, and in groups.

We specialise in coaching endurance athletes. We can help anyone looking to improve their technical abilities in swimming, cycling or running, or looking to do sport-specific strength training.

Each session with a coach is 60-minutes. Email us to book your session.

  • Single sessions: $125.

  • 5 session packages: $500.

  • 10 session packages: $875. Exclusive to Coached members only.

Swimming: Come in your swim gear. Bring your towel, drink bottle and goggles. If you have a swimming snorkel, pull buoy, and paddles; bring those too.
Running: Come in your run gear and with a drink bottle. If you have a heart rate monitor, bring that too.
