Coached Technical Run

 

Join us for a technical run session. This is a great opportunity to interact with Coach Ben and to receive personal feedback and guidance about your running form that can help make you a more efficient and faster runner.

Session will include a warm up, running drills and running plus a cool down.

Join ex national swimmer and brilliant technical swim Coach Ignitius Goh for a technical swim session. This is a great opportunity to interact with Ignitius and Coach Ben and to receive personal feedback and guidance about your swimming form that can help make you a more efficient and faster swimmer in just 1 session.

Coached MAF Test

 

Join us to measure your aerobic fitness via a MAF test. A MAF (maximum aerobic function) test is a measure of your current aerobic ability and it's a great way to track your aerobic fitness over time and to identify causes for concern.

Session will include a warm up, MAF test plus a cool down. Please note that you must have a heart rate monitor for this session.
