Coached MAF Test


Join us to measure your aerobic fitness via a MAF test. A MAF (maximum aerobic function) test is a measure of your current aerobic ability and it's a great way to track your aerobic fitness over time and to identify causes for concern.

Session will include a warm up, MAF test plus a cool down. Please note that you must have a heart rate monitor for this session.

In the event of poor weather or haze, we will make a decision 1 hour prior to the session whether it will proceed or be cancelled. We will notify you via email so please check your email.
