Coached Strength Run

Join us for a strength run session. This is a great opportunity to interact with Coach Ben and to receive personal feedback and guidance that can help make you a more efficient and stronger runner.

Session will include a warm up, strength exercises and running plus a cool down.

In the event of poor weather or haze, we will make a decision 1 hour prior to the session whether it will proceed or be cancelled. We will notify you via email so please check your email.
