Our Speed Run is a specialised class designed to help runners and triathletes improve their speed and endurance.
High-intensity training helps to improve the body’s ability to buffer lactic acid and increases the body’s oxygen uptake, which can lead to improved overall athletic performance.
The workouts are coach-led and include dynamic drills and stretching.
This class is 60 – 90min.

Prehab for Endurance Athletes is a specialised small group class designed to address the unique needs of individuals training for endurance events such as triathlons, cycling, or long-distance running.
The class focuses on improving muscle balance and increasing overall mobility.
Specifically, the class targets common areas of vulnerability for endurance athletes, such as a weak core, hips, knees, shoulders, ankles, and feet.
Each class is limited to only six athletes.

Strength For Endurance Athletes is a specialised small group class designed to help endurance athletes build muscle power, increase fatigue resistance, and enhance overall durability.
The class utilises various strength-training techniques, including weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, to ensure athletes can build strength safely and effectively.
The class is 45 minutes long and limited to only six athletes.

Mobility for Endurance Athletes is a specialised small group class designed to improve overall mobility and range of motion in the key muscle groups used by runners, triathletes, and cyclists.
The class utilises various techniques, including rolling, dynamic stretching, and yoga-inspired movements, to release tight and sore muscles and ensure participants can increase their mobility safely and effectively.
The class is 45 minutes long and limited to only six athletes.

Our Military Bootcamp is a high-intensity full body workout using functional fitness techniques. This session is hosted by our friends at Ministry of Fitness and led by Ex or serving members of the British and Singaporean Armed Forces.

Our Open Water Swim is a triathlon-specific swim to familiarise yourself with the demands of open water swimming. We cover the basics such as sighting, navigation, drafting and complete a swim.
