Coached hosts regular weekly group training sessions along with occasional social events and training clinics for athletes based in Singapore.

To attend any training session with us, you MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED.
An individual is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose.
Our Speed Run is a high-intensity intervals session with short, intense intervals above the anaerobic threshold. The workouts are coach-led and also include dynamic drills and stretching.
Our Hill Run is a moderate to high-intensity run over hills. The workouts are coach-led and also include dynamic drills and stretching.
Our Conditioning Run is a steady state run with integrated running-specific strength exercises. The workouts are coach-led and also include dynamic drills and stretching.
Our Power Hour is a plyometric strength training session for improving strength and power. The workouts are coach-led and also include dynamic drills and stretching.
Our Military Bootcamp is a high-intensity full body workout using functional fitness techniques. This session is hosted by our friends at Ministry of Fitness and led by Ex or serving members of the British and Singaporean Armed Forces.
Our Open Water Swim is a triathlon-specific swim to familiarise yourself with the demands of open water swimming. We cover the basics such as sighting, navigation, drafting and complete a swim.
