Coached hosts regular weekly group training sessions along with occasional social events and training clinics based in Singapore. All sessions are coach-led, and our regularly scheduled training times are listed below. All runners and triathletes are welcome.

Speed Run

Tuesday’s, 6:30pm and 7:00pm groups
F1 Pit Building

Our Speed Run is a high-intensity intervals session with short, intense intervals above the anaerobic threshold. The workouts are coach-led and also include dynamic drills and stretching.

Tempo Run

Thursday’s, 6:45pm

Our Tempo Run is a moderate to high-intensity run executed just below anaerobic threshold. The workouts are coach-led and also include dynamic drills and stretching.

Conditioning Run

Friday’s, 7:00am
Kallang Practice Track

Our Conditioning Run is a steady state run with integrated running-specific strength exercises. The workouts are coach-led and also include dynamic drills and stretching.

Saturday’s, 7:30am

Our Power Hour is a plyometric strength training session for improving strength and power. The workouts are coach-led and also include dynamic drills and stretching.
